The idea that Kamala Harris embodies the teachings of Jesus is just laughable, but I see how these left-wing Christians are viewing this. Kamala represents "love" while Trump represents "hate." Sadly, this is how a lot of people break down the election. It's love vs. hate! That's all you need to know.
I'm curious as to what anti-nausea medication you would recommend for those of us who click on the links you provide? (All except for the Lutheran Satire one!) LOL
Anne, my husband and I recently filled in the forms for our Anglican funerals. As we are fairly new Anglicans I can say that the Anglican funeral rite is quite meaningful and beautiful to us. I usually serve food at our church during the visitation. Families so appreciate what we do for them. Fr. Matt’s article is spot on.
I laughed so hard at the recanting books comedian.
Laughter really is good medicine, especially because otherwise I’d be crying and wailing at all the nonsense. I want to be far, far away when some of these people have to explain themselves to Jesus. Yikes.
You amuse me constantly, Anne. When you are not making me burst into tears. And sometimes both at the same time. The "unburdened by what has been" just killed me. But as looney as it sounds, I think there's something darker than most realize in that whole mantra.
Good to hear what Reverend Kennedy had to say about Funerals and speaking with the bereaved. Also been missing his voice So went over to the church website and found sermons there. Hadn't been seeing them on Apple podcast for a while. And decided to try the Stand Firm podcasts again.

I think my subscription is a wonderful value for what I pay, and I am pleased to do it. Blessings to you!
