My net take-away from both of these subjects is an overall sense of how much people hate God's ways, and how much they hate it if any of their fellow humans keep to them.
Man, there’s a lot here. I taught a 2 hour class last year of the importance of “wine” in the Eucharist, walking through a brief history of Vitus Vinifera, how it first appeared in the Ancient Near East, and then how it stood in 2nd Temple period, and then jumped into wine throughout the Bible taking Noah, Aaron’s sons, ritual practices, the Shewbread and then finally the redemptive nature of the last supper in alignment with all of these things. Also talked about the divorce of a culture from agricultural practices and how many 100% miss the importance of wine because of this. Anyways. Coffee and cake. No thanks.

I can't wait for your book review to come out! It's shocking how many Christian women rave about Gregoire's books, especially She Deserves Better.
